From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming, professional, and actually made checking in feel easy instead of awkward like most places. Shout out to Danielle, Jessica, Michelle, Dr. Bart, and his awesome assistant Cristal. The whole team really knows how to make you feel relaxed and taken care of. I’ll be honest growing up, going to the dentist felt like signing up for childhood trauma. But this place completely changed that for me. The environment is calm, friendly, and they actually care about making sure you’re comfortable the whole time. If you’re someone who normally hates going to the dentist, this is the spot. Somehow they made a dental appointment feel like just another normal day instead of a life decision you regret making when you wake up that morning. 10/10 recommend. I love the office and all the employees. Everyone is so friendly, and receptionist greeted me warmly. The doctor explained every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend that you give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about this office! Dr. Mapes is incredibly detailed and takes the time to explain everything in a way that truly makes sense. You never feel rushed. Jessica, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing — so gentle yet extremely thorough. The whole experience was top-notch from start to finish. I was so impressed that I’ve already scheduled my entire family. Highly, highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Dr. Karpinski's office. Calm quiet atmosphere, greeted by Amy with a smile. Christa was gentle cleaning my teeth, and gave me tips and pointers about my dental hygiene. Dr. Karpinski gave me good marks on the condition of my teeth, plus in conversation, we discovered he has visited my remote hometown. Checking out was super easy, with connections made with my dental plan before I left. Wonderful place. Come on in, you won't be sorry.

I am very comfortable having my teeth worked on by Dr Karpinski. He is courteous, efficient and cares about his patients. His staff all convey the same patient focused attitude as he does.
