I recently had tooth implant surgery done by Dr Kneller. Besides him being a great doctor, I failed to remark about his competent staff. Jackie, Sherry, Monica and Kathy are all definite assets to this practice. They are professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable with the procedure you're about to recieve. They expedite appointments in a timely matter. I wish to thank them for their support and assistance.

Great oral surgeon and staff. My daughter just had her baby teeth extraction with Dr. Jurman and staff. This was actually our second procedure in the last few years. Once again, Dr. Jurman and staff made her very comfortable and spoke so thoughtfully to her. The office was very accommodating and considerate to my daughter’s needs. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kneller and the entire staff were a true blessing to find. My entire life, since I've been adopted, my teeth have given me hell. I hate the dentist and avoid it at all costs. I've had a lifetime of cavities, root canals, bridges, crowns and now in my old age, extractions. I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and cannot handle anything touching my teeth. I've been through so many dentists I've lost count. Dr. Kneller is an oral surgeon, but I wish he was able to be my dentist, endodontist and everything teeth. Unfortunately, I don't have the financial means to get implants, but the emergency extractions due to infected teeth was something that made me literally lose sleep over. I can honestly say, the entire process from booking, to arrival, the procedure with anasteaia, aftercare healing etc. has been the least stressful experience to date... That is all bc of the kindness, patience and expertise of DR. Kneller and his staff. I'm going to be 47 in September, but as a dental patient, I'm a toddler with behavioral issues lol. They are also in network with my still work dental coverage, unlike the false advertising incorrect info given to me by numerous other dentists that are not only unfit to work with humans, but wasted my time by making me go into their offices, only to try and charge me thousands of dollars and to get me to have unnecessary procedures done all for financial gain. I'm a survivor of abuse and trauma, so going to the dentist is an impossible task, extractions are my worst fear and nightmare. For the first time in my life, I wasn't given more stress, problems, worry or trauma, but given the best care, lesson on trust and that there are still good people in this world who are actually great at their craft. Bravo to the whole staff at the Massapequa office... This is coming from the world's worst dental patient who is currently battling multiple personal nightmares as well as health conditions. One thing crossed off my list of doom and it was actually an experience I feel has improved my life tremendously. God bless them all.

This was our family's fifth experience with Dr Jurman. He is a wonderful doctor with a superb "bedside manner". He is kind and calming and the entire office is top notch. My two teenagers were made to feel extremely safe in their first experiences with oral surgery. Dr Jurman also took care of a dental emergency for me during the pandemic when my regular Dentist's office refused to see me. I can't possibly applaud this doctor and his practice more. Most sincerely, Christina Leone.

*updating to clarify that nobody ever reached out to me despite them replying saying that* I went for a consultation here and had such a negative experience with the front desk staff at this office that I will not be returning for the oral surgery. The woman at the front desk, whose name I believe is Sherry, was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I arrived. I showed up early because I had just taken the train back from work and didn’t have time to go home before my appointment. The moment I walked into the door, I tried to explain that I understood I would need to wait and that I was perfectly fine with that. Instead of letting me finish a sentence, Sherry repeatedly interrupted me and scolded me for being early, speaking to me in a tone that was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Ironically, I was taken back nearly 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but that wasn’t even the main issue. When I was filling out paperwork, I had a few questions about pricing and billing, as well as some other questions(the same questions I had previously asked over the phone, which had already been met with vague, unclear answers). I attempted to direct my questions to the other staff member at the desk to avoid another uncomfortable interaction, but Sherry continued to chime in and speak to me in the same rude, dismissive tone. At that point, already anxious, I ended up in tears while completing my forms. Neither of the women at the desk acknowledged me or checked to see if I was okay, which felt incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. To be clear, the dental staff themselves seemed warm, kind, and thorough, and their pricing was very fair. Unfortunately, the first fifteen minutes at any medical office sets the tone for the entire patient experience. Based on the treatment I received at the front desk, I do not feel comfortable trusting this practice with my care and will be going elsewhere
