Lieberman and Barnett, DDS.

My bf referred me to this place because he comes here all the time. I came in with tooth pain that I’ve had for months. Believe me when I say I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. The ENTIRE staff was so friendly and kind from beginning to end. I also took my reborn baby with me to help with anxiety. They all thought she was too cute and even held her while I used the bathroom. I never been to a dental office that had so much patience with me. I could not stop crying and they soothed me each and every time. I plan on making an appointment to take care of my root canal and two fillings. I’m hoping this will change my outlook on dental visits overall. Such great hospitality coming from this location and I am a general manager at a restaurant so I know greatness when I see it!!

First time visiting, came for a routine cleaning. This is a wonderful office with an amazing staff. I felt so welcome. Fareed was great getting me checked in and scanned, and was so patient and kind throughout the process. Dr. Barnett was fantastic. He was so friendly and conversational, it felt like I was hanging out with family! Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

I got laid off so I didn't have that, what they call "good insurance", and they didn't take the "not so good" insurance anymore, you better have your cash or credit card. I think they're a bit overpriced when I had to pay out of pocket. I have been going to this dentist since 1999 when it was Zibulsky & Lieberman. Great dentist but since I no longer had the "good insurance" and the cash anymore, I stopped going. One of the reasons, I continued for about 3x paying cash was the hygienist, Kim. She took great care when attending to the patients. She takes her time in cleaning your teeth. No rush. Appointments only. She's the best there. They don't want to accept an xray of your teeth from an outside office because they want that money.

Disappointed with Dental Care I recently visited Lieberman and Barnett, DDS with the expectation of receiving dental work, but my experience was less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, one of my molars was affected during the procedure. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and courtesy, which made the situation even more frustrating. 1 believe open communication and patient care are essential in dentistry, and I felt those were lacking during my visits. Very outdated office. Doctor doesn’t show interest in patient but more in getting patients to get implants when other things need to be fixed. He never introduced himself. And when I do get my implant it will not be in that office. I hope my feedback can assist other patients.

I don't understand how some people in the comments say that they have good service when it's not. First of all, make sure that when you have an appointment for a cleaning and they want to get x-rays or something else, make sure that you got the cleaning because I only had the x-ray done and when I call my insurance they inform me that the doctor submitted the receipt for the cleaning and the x-ray when he never did the cleaning. They send me a message indicating that I have an appointment again . I'm thinking that the doctor is going to do the cleaning because I called the insurance to report this and when I arrive they inform me that the system is bad, it sent itself. So they make me waste my time and I canceled a medical appointment. Then I ask the customer service why the doctor didn't do the cleaning and she informs me that the doctor didn't do it because he sent you to a periodontist and they will do it for you. So my question is, why did you charge the insurance for the cleaning if they never did it for me?
