LIV Dentistry – Lower East Side

I went back to LIV Dentistry for a second procedure, and I can say with total confidence that this practice is remarkably consistent. The values I experienced the first time—genuine care and incredible attention to patient needs—were front and center once again. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mehrzadi and the wonderful staff. They laid out a treatment plan that I feel 100% confident in, especially because they were so mindful of my budgetary needs. To the office staff and the dental specialists (Special shoutout to Lordlyn!!!): thank you for making me feel like a part of the LIV Dentistry Family. Most importantly, they have truly eased my dental anxieties. The professionalism and care I’ve experienced here have completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. If you want to feel seen, heard, and cared for, this is the place to be!

Office is beautiful, modern, and spacious. The staff is super friendly. Shout out to Autumn & Lordlyn for helping to making me feel more comfortable. I came to the office as a new patient and felt very nervous. I was able to complete the new patient forms online via a text that staff sent me upon making my appointment. Ilma & Ashley at the front desk were fantastic. Dr. Merhzadi greeted me at the front desk. I was happy to find them in my neighborhood of the Lower East Side.

Had a truly fantastic first experience at LIV Dentistry – what a great find! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was wonderful. The staff are genuinely awesome – incredibly friendly, welcoming with smiles, and truly focused on taking care of every need. I was particularly impressed with the doctors. They are true patient advocates, clearly explaining everything and focusing on what's best for long-term dental health. Importantly, they also made a real, considerate effort to discuss options and work within my budget constraints, which I really appreciated. My first cleaning appointment was excellent – thorough and very well done. But what stood out most was how comfortable they made me feel throughout the entire process. I tend to have some dental anxiety, and they were incredibly understanding, considerate, and gentle, taking that into account and making the whole visit stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience driven by a caring, patient-focused team. Definitely found my new dental practice

Wow best dental experience I’ve ever had! I came in for an emergency, my tooth cracked and I was in so much pain but Dr. Mehrzadi was so helpful. He got me out of pain and fixed my tooth so quickly and efficiently and explained the whole process clearly. Definitely will come back and will recommend all my friends and family!

1st visit was great, then I was called to give in detail what was needed to be done, more or less the price!. Gave me the total for the next visit then, when I got there the price doubled. I asked the unprofessional worker (Pam), why I wasn’t I told the price changed, she said “they didn’t get to my file until 24hrs before I got there”. I explained I don’t have this new cost, she got defensive and said sign here!. There was a very professional young lady call Pam, over and said “just let her do one side and schedule the other side” I will like to say thank you to her. Pam need to understand everyone don’t have the luxury of working in a dental office. Being empathetic and professional goes a long way.
