Longwood Dental Office.

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever come across. My appointment was at 1:30, I wasn’t seen by the dentist until 3:17. The office was overall filthy, with cobwebs and mouse droppings everywhere. The dentist was extremely rude and unhelpful, instead of explaining the work that needed to be done they simply bum rushed me into paying. The front desk said I needed to pay out of pocket for my procedure. I paid it no problem, until earlier today I got a letter saying my insurance had been billed for the same exact procedure. Stay clear and far away from this place!!!

This isn't a place if you need professional dental Care. Don't waste your time or your money. When you first walk into the office, the attitudes were just dry and unwelcoming. No one said good morning, just asked for your insurance card, and hand you reforms to fill out. No one explains the procedures to you, they just lead you to a room and take your x-rays. They lead you to another room and without any explanation start setting up the tools to clean your teeth, I had to stop them to ask some questions. The doctor seemed offended and combative that I even had a question to ask. This office is very unfriendly and unprofessional. The doctor told me if I needed extractions she would refer me elsewhere. I only went there because it was close to home, what a big mistake!

Would give it zero stars if possible! My husband went in over a week ago to get a cleaning. He's gotten cleanings before and knows how it goes. I am a dental hygiene student and when he described everything to me, I was appalled! They they had dingy broken instruments (luckily the the scalers or curets were not used on him). They did use the mirror which he said had cracks and was broken. Not only that, they did not use a cavitron (they didn't even have one) or any instrument for actually removing calculus and tartar. They did the last step which is polishing. How this place is up and running I have no idea. But it should not be. It is immoral, unethical and hazardous. They are not doing actual dental cleanings and are charging patients insurances as tho they have done the work! Absolutely unbelievable. They are taking advantage of people who don't know better, and it saddens me to know that someone would go looking for dental care and they don't actually help them, but are too willing to take the money. Disgusting! My husband went to another dental office and I joined him and they did a magnificent job. They did everything as expected, unlike the this place.

This place is horrible when it comes to real dental work. I know my mouth needed help with swelling and a leaning tooth. They checked me told there was a bit of tartar build up, gave me a goodie bag and sent me on my way. Now I have problems with my teeth that I wouldn't be having if they would have did their job. I am now modeling and thanks to these ppl I have tons of work to get done on my teeth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

the charged me in cash and they charged my insurance for two root canals. ridiculous
