Dr. Michelle (Miss Wang & Miss Jing) are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Michelle did an excellent job with my root canal! I was nervous but she explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Thank you ladies for all your help! :) I showed up for my appointment at 10A when they opened and did not have to wait at all :)

Wait time is long. It opens at 10:00am but they’re constantly late. With a scheduled appointment, be prepared to wait an additional 30min or even longer. The dental staff skills vary. Notice certain ones aren’t quite good at cleaning teeth while the older ones are more skilled. Front desk is nice.

I would not recommend this place. I waited over 2 hours in spite of an appt. I saw other people that came later than me that got to see the DDS sooner than me. The lobby chairs were filthy. The filling I got here had to get replaced.

I got my teeth cleaned, and the suction cup on my tongue got stuck and bled. It still hurts. The cleaning was quite rough and didn't get it clean enough. They kept accidentally poking my gums and rubbing them back and forth. They also kept getting liquid from my mouth all over my face. If there was any more liquid, I could wash my face. 🙂
