I have not been yet, I just wanted to help clarify the groupon booking issues. Any new patient at most facilities will have a longer wait time than a regular patient scheduling an appointment who has already been to that doctor. It's not personal, its procedural. They honor their groupon patients as they do all their patients. I was able to book my appointment for a month from now, which is pretty standard in my experience when booking with a new doctor for the first time.
