My experience here at this dental place was ok until today. The dentist and I discussed plans to do some further dental work to my teeth but when I told her my plans after considering time and efforts she told me my insurance wouldn’t cover what I decided and I needed to come to her “economically ready” before she does any work. I wanted this to be a great opportunity but instead I interpreted this to be a disturbing situation. I am on Medicaid and I don’t have the funds to meet her needs nor my own but some how she came up with this idea that my insurance wouldn’t cover my medical needs. I went home and called my insurance provider and got the truth and they do cover what I asked for. Seems to me like i may have gotten myself in some financial trouble had i not done my research. I just want to make it clear this dentist will never have my business or my money for something that is already covered for me. The nerve. Just for reference I was asking for a bridge for 1 missing tooth through Medicaid. I am smart enough to know if Medicaid can cover costs to give birth to a baby I know they can cover a missing tooth. I really hope people will stop being so greedy and do the right thing.

Would give zero stars only if I could, Site shows what insurance they take, called to confirm and the person says they do not take it. I asked if this was a mistake, no answer, asked again, no answer. Then get hit with the no. Never got my answer and got hung up on instead.

I was nauseous today that I came, so I asked her about the bathroom. They have no bathroom. The receptionist in the front does not speak no English. Then I had to ask her for somebody who spoke English. Legally in the medical field they’re supposed to have a bathroom whether it’s private or public. Then the year previously, I had gotten my teeth cleaned. I went home on the same day. They were not clean because I still seen the plaque in my teeth, i am extremely unhappy at all with my experience here, will not be coming back and will be changing my dentist office.

This is the worst place to go for dental services. The front desk receptionist lesli I believe was so unprofessional and so rude. No patient care skills at all. Lack of communication. We went for our appointment supposedly at 9. we filled out NP form and was waiting until 9.45. I simply as when we will be seen. She then say the doctor is not in and don't know what time she will get there. Already waited for 1 hour just to be told she's not there. So I said we will step out for a min please call me when she's there. We were standing outside didn't leave the premises. When I went back in to see whether it was an option to reschedule she then said that the doctor just came in me a while we saw no one walked by us. So we decided to wait. I went as a moral support to my sister who was visiting and was her first visit to the dentist. Out of no where she then said you need to wait outside mean while there was no one inside beside me and my sister. Patients are being doubled booked 4 person for the same time. Where is the respect and level of patients care. If the front desk is so bad much less the care you will get inside. I will never recommend this practice ever It's the worst place ever. The front desk is the face of the practice. And itwas just a horrible experience.

DONT GO THERE !! They will charge you’re insurance for stuff they didn’t do . I went and they said their xray machine was down and all they could do is a cleaning . I had to go else where and that when I found out they charge my insurance for x ray and other stuff . We had to pay out of pocket . Since than the insurance company have tried calling they refuse to answer the call I rang the bell to their office and won’t open the door or answer my calls . They can keep deleting and I’m just keep writing the review until everything is off my insurance and when I did call and ask if their xray machine is up and running they said no . So since march you have no xray machine . I remember the day I went there were other people there I wonder how many people did they charge for xray
