Definitely one of the best dentist clinics in the dentistry world! From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are warm, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Every visit feels personalized, and I truly appreciate how welcoming everyone is. I often find myself joining in their stories — when I have an appointment, it honestly feels like I’m at home. Even a root canal doesn’t feel scary at this place. My root canal experience turned out to be one of the good ones, and that’s all thanks to Dr. Daryl, Jenna, and the rest of the amazing team — because they truly rock!!!

The staff at Midtown Dental are very friendly and professional. The location is convenient, clean and comfortable. I have always been happy with every experience. Doctor Nyvall is incredible! My experience at Midtown Dental was amazing. I got in very quickly for what was somewhat of an emergency, and the dentist and staff were incredibly informative, patient, and helpful. I don’t usually do well at the dentist, but I felt calm, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed. The next day I was a little worried about how things were healing, and out of nowhere I received a text from the staff checking in on me. It was honestly one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had in the medical field. They reassured me I was doing well and even booked me in for a follow-up the next week. I highly recommend this practice. I’ll be switching over myself—and hopefully my entire family—to Midtown Dental.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office! Dentist is fine but oh my god!! The front desk receptionist is sooo rude and condescending!!! Like, I am paying for a service and when I am asking general questions, she talks down to me and makes me feel very stupid! I called her out on this nasty experience over the phone when I attended my first new patient appointment and she apologized and said ohh I did not think i was being rude at all!!!! Lady, get a grip, this is not high school!!!! Take a class in customer service!!! Been 2 weeks, calling and emailing this office, to book another appointment, no response at all. I brought my mother and I into this office because it was near our home, we relocated from Pitt Meadows. Anyhow, long story short, I am not sticking around to play cat and mouse, we are taking our business elsewhere!!!! Did not return calls or emails, our first and last appointment with them was on February 6!!! It is February 18th now, I am sure I have been patient!!! Why would a dentist allow his office staff to conduct business this way!!?? Front reception staff are vital, especially for new patients. Go elsewhere! Anywhere but here!!!! Trust me on this!!!!
