My Experience with Dr. Small and her team at Midtown Endodontics was beyond what I’d expect from a medical practice. I received a billing quote prior to my appointment which was so helpful. I was taken on time and was welcomed to stay or return as I was early. The administrative women who I dealt with from my initial outreach made this whole experience that would’ve been otherwise stressful so efficient and streamlined for me. The energy of all 3 staff members was extremely calming and reassuring. Dr. Small explained everything to me in detail, walked me through my entire root canal which was a pain free procedure. I was a little nervous and anxious but felt better very quickly as Dr. Small and her dental assistant were great at making me feel safe and comfortable which sometimes isn’t an easy task as I have complex trauma not limited to medical trauma. I’d give Midtown Endodontics 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Small couldn’t make my patient experience any more enjoyable and almost pain free. And that’s for a root canal! She explained every step along the way. I hope to never see her again:)
