We’ve had several visits over the last few months and I can honestly say the experience has been good so far. After some really difficult experiences with previous pediatric dentists, we were nervous coming in, but the entire team was so patient, kind, understanding, and supportive with both my son and our family.
Dr. Grace has been wonderful & patient and Sara was incredibly sweet and comforting throughout our visits. We also had a great experience with Dr. Courtney and Lumi.
And I have to say… the nitrous oxide worked WONDERS 😂 LOL. What could have easily been a stressful experience became so much smoother and calmer for my son who 8yrs old. The team really knew how to make him feel comfortable and safe.
The only downside honestly is that appointments book up FAST, which can make getting in a little difficult sometimes, but once you’re in you’re in.
First time visit went better than expected. When I got there 15 minutes early and there were people in the waiting room I said this is gonna be an all day thing. Just as I was getting ready to read my book a nice Dentist opens the back door and says my name and says welcome come on in. I was amazed I was only in the waiting three minutes. So a good start. And my dentist was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so relaxed. I’m a 75 year-old senior who is very set in his ways but this Dentist checked off all my boxes and did an excellent job and even scheduled my cleaning for the next time. The only Negative is they don’t pick up the phone when you call ahead, and when you leave messages, they do not return your messages.
After a few days since I posted my review the manager from the dental clinic actually called me and apologized and said they're really going to try to improve picking up the phone and answering patients calls. And the next time I wanted to make an appointment or ask a question they did exactly that. So that negative has now become a positive.
Great customer service, but what I don’t understand is WHY Post Pictures of ONLY the Office. Isn’t the whole point of going to a dentist is to get a cleaning/repair teeth? Like where are the BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES. Great that the place is clean. Now let’s get those google pictures in so we can attract more customers based on your work of art. It’s better for me to see them first than book an appointment
Extremely unprofessional and dismissive staff. I called this office to inquire about emergency walk-in availability for my 2-year-old child, and the man who answered the phone completely dismissed me. He wouldn’t let me get a single word in to even explain why I was calling or what the emergency was.
It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone this way, let alone a parent trying to seek care for a toddler. If you do not like your job or working with the public, you should quit. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate about this specific individual. Save yourself the frustration and take your family elsewhere.
Don’t take your child there. I had a really bad experience. I took my 2-year-old daughter for a cleaning, and they only brushed her teeth with a regular toothbrush for less than five seconds. It felt completely pointless and not like a professional dental cleaning at all.
I rearranged my schedule to make this appointment, and the visit felt rushed and careless. I left feeling like my time was wasted and that my child didn’t receive proper care. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this place.
