Dr. Rotsos is an excellent dental provider. He is always accommodating. I have been undergoing dental work with him for years now and he has been able to safely and successfully complete all of my procedures ranging from Invisalign, extractions, and 2 implants. I feel that he targeted my dental issues with extra care to make sure that my health was prioritized. Some of my cases were difficult and made me nervous, but Dr. Rotsos was able to perform pain-free, comfortable, and trusted procedures for me. The overall service at the clinic is also great--Sophia is excellent at the clinic!

Missed out on two customers because of the snobby lady on the phone. She answered the phone "Dentist" like if it's a pizza spot. I asked for the soonest appointment for a consultation and she bluntly asked "what do you want". Definitely need to work on her communication skills answering phones.
