New York Dental Health (NYDH)

My grandma had been trying to get dental care for months, but every place was booked far out. She went to NYDH and they saw her right away. She said the staff is kind, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. She feels so relieved and really recommends this place. Now my mom and husband are going to book appointments too. They also speak Spanish.

Dr. Victor is the worst dentist i have ever experienced. He came in the room and did not speak at all. He started getting items together leaned my chair back and started cleaning my teeth. I told him my gums were swollen and I was in alot of pain on my right side. He didnt even acknowledge me. Starting using sharp tool between my teeth. I was flinching and telling him me was hurting me and he just kept going. When I finally just sat up is when he stopped as asked "Do you want me to finish?" I have never seen so much blood come out of my mouth when I rinsed it out. I will never go back there again. I have never in my life had such a bad experience at a dentist office.

Worst place ever, went there to get my tooth extracted and made me wait hours for them to tell me they dont that.

No one talks good English everyone is all over the place.

Very poor customer service and they make you wait a long time even if you have a scheduled appointment because they don't work but instead talk to each other or on their cell phones
