This is the worst place to go the service is horrible they don't give appointments just tell you to come in between 10am and 4pm and have you wait all day. I waited five hours to be seen for a procedure that took 5 minutes. they refused to tell me when the work would be done or how long it should take nothing but attitude so DO NOT GOT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!

These dentists are money hungry. Poor work, long waits, bad no fitting dentures . Poor reception they hardly know English. Just disappointed and disgusted

By the far the worst dentist facility I ever encountered in my life. I literally made an appointment two days prior. I was scheduled at 10am appointment got here ON TIME. I literally didn’t get called to the back until 1pm. They proceeded to take Xray then the lady said the dentist was on lunch this was at 1:10pm the dentist didn’t get to me until 2pm! In which she did apologize but still I’m not getting paid to do a shift at this place why am I here so LONG! The front desk receptionist was so dismissive and rude. Oh yeah all the workers are Hispanic so if you’re Black like I am, plz go else where. You are not important to them!! I would never come back here

Do not visit this dentist! I've been waiting for months to have my partial fittings replaced. Upon calling numerous times about an appointment scheduled for 8/14 to pick up my new teeth I never received a call back until the day before in which they said come in for pickup. Come to find out my dentures were allegedly lost and the process had to be started over and I wasn't told until day of appointment. When I told the doctor I feel as if office is very unprofessional, he started screaming at me and told me to get out of his office! His demeanor was hostile and aggressive. He even started swinging his arms and throwing a tamtrum hitting me in my arm while being childish which was all caught on camera. When I addressed it is when he kicked me out! Dr. Hashem needs to be fired ASAP! The funny thing is he already charged my insurance $6k... So know im out on insurance covering me and have to continue on without my teeth which causes me shame and embarassment all because of a shady malpractice dentist. This instance happened on 09/04/24 at 11:08 a.m. All other staff was courteous and helpful, however nobody should be treated in this manner by an alleged "professional"... They could have simply told me what was going on and it could have been handled in a different manner instead of lying to cover themselves. Please report all misdoings and neglect by Dr. Hashem... the racist, aggressive, and hostile dental specialist.... Does anyone have a lawyer that would handle this?

MAN OH MAN HOW I WISH I READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE GOING I USUALLY DO BUT LIKE EVERYONE HERE IS SAYING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY WILL HAVE YOU HURTING AND THINKING ITS YOUR FAULT THESE DENTIST HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!!!
