My best dentist ever. Very trustworthy and upfront about costs and treatments. Never over treats. Joyce the office manager is wonderful too!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years, so I was nervous about going. However, they were very kind and courteous the whole visit and did not make me feel bad about myself at all. Got in and out of there in a good amount of time and they did not make me wait around. Would recommend!

Wonderful and friendly staff! They are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I've had both Dr. Amir and Dr. Lee and really liked them both. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good family dentist.

Avoid this dental office at all costs, and check out other reviews about their shady practices with insurance before making an appointment! I came to this dental office to get crowns done, specifically because they were in-network with my insurance. During my visit, Dr. Lee mentioned that insurance wouldn’t cover the crowns fully (which I already knew), so I’d have to pay some extra out-of-pocket, which I agreed to. But then they asked for an upfront payment of $4,000 for the procedure, saying I’d be reimbursed once my insurance processed the claim. It seemed strange for an in-network provider, but they made it sound urgent, so I paid. After all, it took them nearly two months to even submit the claim. When I finally got the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, it showed my out-of-pocket cost was only around $700. To make things worse, I discovered that they had claimed a different type of crown with the insurance than the one they actually installed. I would have been fine with paying extra for the upgraded crown, but I expected them to process it honestly through the insurance, not try to pull something shady. I tried numerous times to contact them for a refund of the difference, but they ignored my emails. When I finally got Joyce, the receptionist, on the phone, she claimed I had “agreed” to an upgrade and said they’d only refund what my insurance paid the dental office —not the amount I actually overpaid(?!). Then, they even tried to claim they were “out-of-network” to avoid the refund, which my insurance quickly debunked. After months of back-and-forth, my insurance company ended up investigating them and confirmed I was owed the refund. But the office only sent the check after I threatened legal action and a complaint to the Dental Associations. Just a heads-up to anyone going here—watch out for these shady billing practices. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. They run their practice dishonestly, and their behavior is totally unprofessional and unethical.

Do not go here. This dentist charges over what their negotiated insurance prices are. They charged me twice the negotiated rate for a filling. They also gave me an amalgam (metal) filling on top of a root canal and charged my insurance for a composite. When my insurance called them they were sketchy about a refund and my insurance company advised that I file a complaint. They also quoted a crown as being $1,500 which is 3x the rate they are supposed to charge so I went to a new dentist. Chun Lee’s office never once returned their inquiries to provide them with the x rays they did so I had to pay for new ones. That’s at best gross incompetence and at worst flat out illegal. When I explained all of this to my new dentist & endodontist they were both flabbergasted at the behavior. This is an unethical practice and they count on their patients not being familiar with their insurance policies.
