My experience at the Northern Dental office was amazing in Falmouth. First time being so impressed with a Dental office such as this one. The waiting area was so clean and well organized. The young lady at the front desk was most hospitable and well informed. What was beyond those walls were even more amazement. Several offices to serve the clients through the day, with wonderful offices comfortable for each patient. The offices were well lit and each room had a Tv with amazing music and I’m sure can play other interesting and relaxing entertainment. Mr. Cooke was also very professional, informing me of the reasonable wait time, providing me with adequate information regarding my health in such field and was very gentle while in operation. I had little to no discomfort for the most part. The assistance was very effective as well, organizing the station, ensuring all was well. I was indeed not disappointed at all today with my visit and would certainly recommend to friends and family. I've been a patient here for a few years and I continue to be amazed at the exceptional customer service and professionalism exhibited throughout all staff. Facilities are modern, clean and well-kept; and for someone like myself who is terrified of the dentist, they do everything to keep you calm and comfortable. Can't recommend them enough
