AWESOME!! Dr Devito and his team just amazing. I neglected going to the dentist for a long time. Since the very 1st time I walk into the office nothing but greatness. And just the other day I had a surgical procedure. It went very well. I just want to Thank them so much because I was very nervous.
Best cleaning experience I’ve ever had by the fantastic hygienist Cailin. She is so thorough and gentle and really nice. First time I didn’t dread a dental visit. My teeth looked great after and I was happy. Looking forward to my next visit. The front desk is really nice too. Plus I got a goody bag. Nice hygienic office in great location.
Hands down the best dental cleaning experience in NYC! Hygienist was amazing - thorough, gentle, and super friendly. Dr. Mark Kogan has been exceptional at explaining procedures. I actually looked forward to my visit! Plus, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the office was clean and conveniently located. Can't wait to come back!
don’t ever go to this place! this dentis is a thieve!!! i had a crown made, the temporary broke in the first 2 days, the second one after 4 days. i show up on a day when they were no trains, for a 12:30 appointment call the office at 12:10 telling them all trains are stopped, im in a cab and be there in 5 minutes. i get there at 12:33pm she says i need to reschedule. go up to the office all empty chairs, wait 2 hours the dentist refused to even talk to me. the total for my treatment is 5k and change from which i already paid $1500 and got nothing to show for but an exposed nerve of a molar.
Unfortunately, my experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
It began with a crown replacement that was very poorly done. The color of the crown does not remotely match my natural teeth. I raised this concern multiple times, yet instead of offering a solution or correction, I was repeatedly told that the color was “correct,” which was clearly not the case. With no willingness to address the issue, I ultimately had to file a complaint with my health insurance.
Adding to this, my appointments were canceled by the office with only two days’ notice, showing little to no respect for my time or schedule.
The overall customer service was equally frustrating. The reception staff appeared disorganized and uninformed, which only added to the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care or reliable service.
