I have been working with ODL for about a year now and the my experience has been excellent so far. Communication has been simple and easy. Any questions or concerns that I have are handled promptly by knowledgeable people either via phone, text or email. Appliances are always on time and of excellent quality. I have never had a fit issue or an appliance debond during treatment (I always have the lab fabricate the laser sintered bands), however, removal has been a snap, literally upon completion of appliance therapy. I treat to a high standard of quality and ODL continues to be a great partner in providing the high quality appliances I need to meet those standards. Thanks

I can’t praise the staff at ODL enough. Great personalities and they have gone above and beyond to help our office transition to using their lab. We had 50 million questions and they patiently answered each one. The turn around time is quick and efficient.
