For years, I struggled to find a place where I felt comfortable receiving treatment. I had so many difficult experiences that I developed a lot of anxiety and eventually lost hope and confidence. Then I found this office online, and everything changed.
My first visit with Dr. Kagan was truly different. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and polite front desk team. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away.
Dr. Kagan has such a kind and compassionate spirit, and his sense of humor made my day. He took the time to make me feel at ease and gave me hope again.
I am so grateful to have found a place filled with professionals who genuinely care about their patients and are passionate about transforming smiles. I am looking forward to this journey and getting my smile back.

Dr. Oelbaum and Dr. Kagan are true heroes. For 20 years, I never allowed any dentist in any country to touch my front tooth. I could trust Dr. Oelbaum and Dr. Kagan very easily, they inspired confidence. They are very kind and trustworthy. Dr. Kagan did my tooth very carefully and fixed my 20 years old problem in only 10 minutes. I truly recommend them and I will definitely be back to continue the treatment at their clinic. Also, all the staff members are very kind and welcoming. It felt like home. Thank you!
My mother recently had her dentures done by Dr. Oelbaum. All I can say is WOW!! They look so natural. 1000 times better than the last place she went to. The doctor was also able to have an amazing turn around time since they were needed for her grand daughters wedding. All of the office staff where pleasant and professional. We highly recommend 😊
20 Yrs, I've seen the staff change, Doctors, Hygienists, Dental assistants and the receptionists. The addition of Dr Kagan has brought that dental office to the next century. The entire staff are a great team.
My family would be a current patient but they don't live in the Bronx. Dr. Oelbaum always ask about them.
Dr. Oelbaum and Dr. Kagan has always conducted themselves in a humble professional manner in that dental office. Dr. Kagan is the new technology enthusiast that is what I experienced when he worked on me. Dr. Oelbaum or Dr. Kagan provide me with the assurance of quality care.
The staff has always been courteous, professional and attentive to the patients. I've referred ironworkers to Dr. Oelbaum's dental office and got high nothing but excellent remarks. The office is always clean and the equipment is up to date or better.
I’m not kidding when I say this place deserves 5 stars. I had such a delightful experience and I am someone who normally has a severe phobia of any dental work or cleanings. I have had some terrible experiences in my past but after doing some extensive research, I gave this office a chance. I am so happy that I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and kind. My dentist was very friendly and honest. He wasn’t out to make me spend money, he was honest and he told me what my priorities are and what I don’t have to worry about. He gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend seeing him. However the highlight of my experience, was my dental hygienist Selena. She was so patient, kind, experienced and thorough. Her knowledge of teeth care and everything dental hygiene was something I’ve never encountered. She immediately made me feel welcomed in that chair and I felt safe. This is a big deal for anyone who has a fear of the dentist. She was so thorough but at the same time, she was also gentle with my teeth. She was considerate to what my struggles were. She took her time with me instead of rushing through a cleaning like most hygienists do. While cleaning my teeth she also was teaching me how to take better care of some issues I am struggling with. She would pause for breaks if I needed and she left me feeling so much more confident in how to take the best care of my teeth. I left feeling so happy that I went and I left with knowledge that I never had. Thank you so much Selena for your wisdom and expertise. You are truly a professional at your job and I thank you for giving me such a great experience at the office. I highly recommend to anyone who is reading this or anyone who’s struggled to find a dentist office that they feel safe with. Thank you to all who work there.
