Customer Reviews
What an incredible experience! The moment you walk in you are greeted with such warm and welcoming smiles and beautiful decor. My niece was very nervous but they handled her so well. If you have a kid that is nervous about the dentist office, they will make your kid feel comfortable while also educating them on the importance of good dental hygiene. The entire team was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this office, it’s worth visiting.
I most appreciated that it felt like they thought through every aspect of the patient and parent experience.
The space is beautiful, and everything is new. The waiting room is equipped with a projector game that kids can play by stamping their feet.
Every patient has their own room. Each room is spacious and has plenty of natural light.
During the cleaning there are tvs on the ceiling to entertain, and headphones and sunglasses. There’s a bench for the waiting parent.
They have a hand-held X-ray machine so there’s no big intimidating machines.
My child had cavities. They clearly explained what my insurance covers and what my responsibility would be. We opted for laughing gas because my son is young. It was not very expensive and made the experience really smooth.
The hygienist, front desk, and dentist were all top notch. Every part of the patient experience was thought of. Highly recommend for young kids.
Really wonderful new clean space! Bright and inviting with great modalities and postive energy to help make kids comfortable with being at the dentist! Very grateful for the kindness of the doctor and staff.
This pediatrician and father love Dr. Hyacinth. We didn’t think care could be any better. But now she has moved Into a beautiful new facility On 110th and fifth Avenue. Drew my nine-year-old daughter looks forward to going to the dentist. Who can do that? You will not find a better dentist and person than Dr. Hyacinth.
My son had a great experience here today. The staff was warm and patient from start to finish, Antoneta was very helpful and kind, Meily and Nijhelle explained every step in kid-friendly language, and Dr Liana took time to go over my son’s X-rays and answer all my questions. The office is clean, fun, and very child-focused, and my son left feeling proud and unafraid of coming back. Highly recommend this pediatric dentist for anyone looking for gentle, professional care for their kids.
