I was in excruciating pain because my wisdom teeth were coming out. I had a peculiar case because of my 6 wisdom teeth. Nevertheless, I was able to book a consultation the next day with Dr. Ward, and the day after the consultation Dr. Ward did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth in under an hour. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. They are more than willing to answer any questions that you may have - even weeks after the operation.

OMS NYC is great ! I really like that they are very prompt with their appointments no long wait times. I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. He extracted two teeth and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and calming, which made everything feel easy and pleasant. I’d would definitely recommend him. The staff was also so nice and helpful—especially Emily and Julissa.

Dr Ruth gives out a ding care. He does what he says and the results are always positive. The team in the office and the nurses have similar service levels. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Ruth noe of this team!

Dr. Chen is wonderful! He did an extraction, implant and bone graft in under an hour. I healed quickly and perfectly with no pain. He is a gifted surgeon with amazing bedside manner, very kind and empathetic, and takes the time to explain everything. I didn’t feel rushed, he called that evening to check in on me, and fit in a follow up appt at my convenience. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, I would confidently recommend Dr. Chen to anyone I care for.

Dr.Chen provides me with superlative care and perfect dental outcomes. His dental assistants are expertly trained to prepare me and calm any anxiety I may feel. When Dr. Chen begins , they tell me what to expect by way of anticipating any anxiety I may have. The front desk staff is always available for questions in advancevof appointments and each person is calm and kind. I am so deeply grateful to Dr. Chen and everyone on his staff.
