I highly recommend Dr. Kenny Pan & Dr. William Hurtt at Rochester Dental Care! When my insurance card had some issues, the Office Coordinator patiently explained everything and helped me submit the claim to my insurance company. As a cancer patient, I appreciated that they also contacted my doctor to make sure I could have a dental cleaning after chemotherapy. I really appreciated Dr. Pan stepping in to get my information and explaining the reason for every step. I also appreciated Hygienist Mary's excellent work! I can tell they really care about their patients. I am so grateful for such a wonderful dental experience.

I was very nervous when you go to a new dentist and your teeth are a mess. I had a cleaning first with Mary she was wonderful. Then I saw Dr. Pan he was very gentle and has a wonderful personality. I am so glad he is in Rochester and am sending anybody that needs a dentist to him.

I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Hurtt and his team. I found him through the International College of Dentists website where he is listed to provide free dental Xrays for incoming PeaceCorps volunteers. When I visited his office, all of his staff were very kind and welcoming. My xrays were done quickly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed with care. My follow up appointment with him was to get a crown, and I had a great time with this experience as well. He and his staff are very funny and playful, which can put anyone nervous about dental work at ease. I also asked for a cleaning, which was not originally part of my scheduled appointment, but Dr. Hurtt immediately placed me with one of his available hygienists. She did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and was also very kind. I plan on making Dr. Hurtt my permanent dentist from here on out due to the high quality care and service I received from him and his staff. Looking forward to my next cleaning!

I was having the worst teeth pain ever. Going to the hospital everyday. Nothing was working. Everywhere I went they were very judgmental. Until we found dr. Hurtt....and I promise you ..he ont hurt you...he is the BEST. I went in got all my teeth pulled and walked out with full set of dentures. He did such a good job i don't even have to wear my.denture glue! Highly recommended
