Mansoor treat every smile as a canvas, carefully considering facial form, function, and character to create enhancements that not only improve aesthetics but also boost self-esteem and quality of life. Their philosophy centers on advanced techniques tailored to individual goals, ensuring lasting, natural-looking outcomes that patients can confidently maintain.[1][2][3]

Services at Park Avenue Dental Medicine PC encompass a full spectrum of dental care, including preventive treatments like cleanings and exams to keep smiles healthy, restorative procedures to repair damage, and state-of-the-art cosmetic options such as laminates and implants. The practice excels in aesthetic dentistry, transforming imperfect smiles into harmonious features that complement one's overall appearance. Whether addressing an emergency chipped tooth—where patients rave about same-day fixes—or providing routine care, the team demonstrates unwavering expertise and kindness. Reviews highlight the office's cleanliness, friendliness from front desk to treatment rooms, and the doctors' superstar status as top NYC professionals.[1][3][4]

Lyris and Charles Mansoor's NYU training and decades of experience infuse every procedure with precision and care. In an industry often criticized for rushed appointments, Park Avenue Dental Medicine PC differentiates itself through its serene ambiance, akin to a modern spa fused with medical excellence. Their dedication to enhancing not just teeth but overall self-image positions them as leaders in holistic dental care. We had a dental emergency while on a trip here in NYC and Dr Mansoor was amazing. He took such good care of my daughter. Wish we lived here so we could come back.

I'm very grateful to these two. When my wife had a dental emergency around 5pm on a Sunday we thought we would have no where to go. Nobody was available, obviously. I stumbled upon this office while googling and called and they took us right away on a walk-in, on a Sunday night, after 6pm! Their receptionist was very kind, patient, and helpful. The doctors took my wife in and ended up removing the two problematic teeth. My wife said she didn't feel a thing and was comfortable the whole time. Afterwards they xrayed (coolest x-ray machine ever) her again to examine the work more thoroughly. Once everything was all said and done they didn't rush us out. They took the time to talk to us and they have to be two of the friendliest people we have ever met. Again, we are very grateful and they earned our family as patients for life.

Do not come here, they are scammers! They have you pay upfront while saying they take your insurance and will get reimbursed. At the same time saying you need urgent care that has to be done right away. However, they put incorrect information on the dental claim and will not change it not matter how many times you reach out. They started screening my calls and flat out ignoring me. Please do not go here. They take advantage of people and will not only make you pay full price, but also overcharge you. Adding this as a reply to the owner's response: No, you did not explain in full detail that you didn't work with my insurance. I had called the office several times in the months following my treatment where your office continued to say that my insurance would cover my treatment and the claim was submitted for my refund. I have the emails to prove it so do not come on here and lie. I was happy with the outcome at the time because you kept reassuring me that I would get a refund. Saying I "harassed" the front desk by calling is a stretch when everytime I called I was just inquiring about the status of the update of my claim. Also, I have in email where you said you were going to update my claim as you put the wrong tooth and the wrong provider who performed the procedures. I do not think it is crazy that my concern is over the money. You said I would be reimbursed, but I was not. I would have saved over $10k at another provider's office. The lies you create on here are crazy considering I have evidence proving what you said in your response is false. You continue to scam people with no repercussions. Again I urge everyone to not come here.

I scheduled a routine new-patient dental appointment for a general cleaning. Over the phone, I was told that the office collects payment upfront, which I understood. However, in my experience, most dental offices either bill after insurance has processed the claim or charge an estimated portion—not thousands of dollars upfront for a standard visit. At the appointment, my card was taken and imaging was started before anyone explained what the actual cost would be. Only afterward was I told that the visit would be $2,000, and then that “as a courtesy” it could be reduced to $1,500. This was presented for what I understood to be a general new-patient appointment, not an extensive treatment plan. I have never been asked to pay $1,500–$2,000 upfront as a new patient at any other dental office. Practices know their standard new-patient fees in advance, and that information should be clearly communicated before imaging or treatment begins—especially if they expect payment upfront.
