So let me open with this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for staff Great professional staff, friendly people clean office. Very spacious. Here’s where the problem begins. If you tell a patient the work youre about to do will save a tooth for 2-3 and you pay $1,200 cash to save a tooth, then as the dentist you should be sure it will last 2-3 years. After 10 months the work fell apart, then it was fixed free of charge but a week later it falls out again. The work was subpar and to refuse a refund was even a lower blow. A dentist keeps your money for poor work. Now I’m not saying don’t go there what I am saying is beware shop around, be savvy, some of these dental providers will do shitty work to continue to bleed your money and insurance. Now I’m left with a gaping hole in the back tooth while he lapped up my money for poor work. 2-3 years lasted only ten months…. His words not mine. A dentist should never make statements if they aren’t honest and trustworthy. No professional ethics! Be wary!!!!! Now I’m About to lose the entire tooth with no nerve damage no infections no sensitivity to hot or cold just a crack that he turned into a disaster. After several disputes with Care Credit they kept denying a refund citing “quality assurance being reviewed by the provider” how’s that possible when I’m not engaging the dental provider. Even with photos showing the damage, Care Credit showed it was in league with the provider and threw me under the bus twice. Then I realized what Care Credit was doing, it’s about money not justice and fairness they sided with the provider so they wouldn’t reimburse me for a subpar service. I decided to close my care credit card account because they lack ethics and throw their long term customers under the bus.

Wish I could leave 0 star! Not because of the dentist but because of 2 receptionists at the front the older woman that told me I should come in today for my teeth cleaning the original date & time I made the appointment for which is today Jun 17 at 1pm I have the text message, I don’t know if she take ppl’s time seriously because I found out my appointment time was changed to 2pm and no-one messaged me prior to my appointment to let me no that!! she is very unprofessional!. I arrived before 1pm for my appointment, I checked in with a young lady sat down and she never told me then that my appointment time was changed to 2pm after waiting for 30mins I ask her how many more ppl was before me because I have to leave at 2pm for work then she told me my time was changed to 2pm & I will be next so I waited 10 more mins i decided to cancel the appointment so I went back to the counter to tell the young lady to cancel my appointment she walked by I said hello to her she continued to walk over to another receptionist, just horribly customer service she was very rude and I left! And it will be my last time there!!

Find another dentist. After a check up and x-ray I was told I needed to get work done on front teeth. Cool. I understand. Doctors came in room explain the procedure. I asked what are my options. He tells me "I cannot tell you which way to go" as a professional tou SHOULD know what is best route. Then, after being asked how will I pay for procedure I mentioned I have insurance. Doctor tells me "Yes this is price even with your insurance" this makes 0 sense. I asked for written breakdown and copies of work needed to be done including the cost etc to go over with insurance. They asked me to run credit check to pay for procedure I did not agree with yet. When ai told doctor I need to review and need info he walked away. They only came about how much they make off you and how fast here.

Front desk Lady She is very unprofessional and overall this doctor office everybody has been lazy. They don’t like work keeping people waiting for nothing and showing much attitude than work. Every time I go there I had a problem something with them the front desk people

The front desk lady with the glasses is extremely rude. She cuts you off as you’re speaking on the phone and is extremely disrespectful when you’re trying to talk. She talks to you like as if you’re expected to know everything even if it’s your first time there. Very arrogant and nasty.
