About

Patterson Dental Emergency Inc, located at the prestigious 420 Lexington Avenue in the heart of Manhattan's business district, presents itself as a specialized dental practice catering to the urgent needs of New York City's residents, professionals, and visitors. However, upon rigorous investigation through official business registries, dental licensing boards, professional directories, and public records, no verifiable evidence exists for a dental practice operating under the exact name 'Patterson Dental Emergency Inc' at this specific address. The address, 420 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10174, is a well-known commercial office building, the Grace Building, which houses numerous corporate tenants but does not list a dental emergency clinic among its publicly available tenant directory. This suggests the business may be a very new entity not yet listed in common databases, may operate under a different legal or trading name, may have ceased operations, or the provided details may be inaccurate. In the context of New York City's dental landscape, an emergency dental clinic at such a prime location would typically serve a critical role. The city is a 24/7 hub where dental emergencies can occur at any time, disrupting both personal comfort and professional obligations. A dedicated emergency dental service in Midtown Manhattan would logically aim to provide immediate, expert care for conditions such as severe toothaches, abscesses, broken teeth, lost fillings or crowns, and traumatic dental injuries. The mission of such a hypothetical practice would be to offer immediate relief, precise diagnosis, and effective interim or definitive treatment outside of regular office hours, including weekends and holidays. Its value proposition would center on accessibility, rapid response, and expert care in a stressful situation, minimizing pain and preventing further complications. What would set a genuine business apart in this competitive field would be its operational model—potentially offering walk-in availability, guaranteed same-day appointments for emergencies, a seamless patient experience from phone call to treatment, and a team skilled in high-stress, pain-management dentistry. Expertise would likely encompass endodontics (root canals), oral surgery (extractions), and restorative dentistry on an urgent basis. Without verified data, however, this introduction can only outline the expected profile and potential significance of such a service in this location, while noting the current absence of corroborating public information for the specifically named entity.

Best dentist I've EVER used!!! My new dental implants are so beautiful and blend in with my bottom teeth really nicely. I have very sensitive teeth and have a lot of trouble with whitening (even the whitening strips) transfering into my gums and giving me horrible irritation. This is the ONLY dental visit when nothing was sensitive or irritating and my teeth and gums feel amazing!! I can't say enough great things about them!

I love their service! I have very sensitive lips and gums. During my last cleaning at another dentist, my gums were BLEEDING and my lips were bleeding as well from staying open for 30 minutes with all the water splashing. And most of the gloves dentists use cause my lips to swell from allergies but not this time. At Patterson's, they use these wonderful minty gloves which caused no problems whatsoever for the first time in YEARS....They fixed my tooth and I was out the door within 1 hour. Love it !

I bought a new dental plan from Delta Dental who referred me to this emergency service when I did not know where else to go. I can tell a huge difference between using this service and waiting for hours in the hospital emergency room. I am so glad the doctor I used had privilege in St Luke's Hospital and I was able to get my tooth pulled under anesthesia. My insurance company even covered a house call follow up . The copay was twice as much for the house call visit (compared to office copay I paid on the second follow up) but well worth it in the time of need.

I was looking for a good dentist who would accept my insurance. I was a little concerned that it would take a long time to schedule an appointment as it did take at least a full week last time I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth on the other side. Once I called patterson, there was almost no wait and my appointment was scheduled for the same day. Also, it turned out my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled and it took care of the terrible pain right away.

I had been having problems with my teeth and I wanted to start coming in to see a dentist to help sort it out and get rid of constant discomfort in my back tooth. I contacted Patterson Emergency because I couldn't take the pain anymore. I was nervous because I hate going to a dentist, but the staff was nice and the needles did not hurt at all. I had a new cap put on and then the next day I was pleasantly surprised at how good my tooth looked and how all the pain was gone.
