Perfect Dental Care

What can I say about my dentist Dr.Jerry ! He was very professional and kind took the time to explain what work was needed and refused to do any UNNECESSARY WORK!! ( because i asked).This was key because I haven’t had the best experience in the past with other dentist ! The staff is very friendly and professional as well. I will recommend Perfect Dental every time someone ask about my SMILE 😁

I came to this office as an emergency for extraction. And I am so happy I did it, because I received full attention and care I needed at the time as I generally do not feel comfortable at the dentist office. The shot was absolutely painless and extraction done so fast that I didn’t even realized that my tooth was out!. I love the fact that doctor Julia used instruments in such way that I didn’t even see them at all, and that made me so comfortable! Very helpful staff, nice and welcoming environment! Definitely recommend this office. Thank you

Dental clinic is very clean very spacious and the doctors very professional!!! Enjoyed the visit will be glad to return in the future to finish my dental work!!! I wish all the dentists clinics was this clean and organized. Well done

I found perfect Dental Care a very agreeable experience; a young, but competent staff, not too crowded, very little waiting. My insurance isn’t great, so they presented options: “here’s what your insurance covers…and here’s what you can get for a little extra”. I paid extra for one thing, and went basic for the less visible tooth. I’m a satisfied customer.

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. (I would also like to note that this is the first google review I have ever left... thats how bad this was). If you have any self respect or actually are interested in receiving dental care... do not go here. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. My teeth DID NOT GET CLEANED. I don't mean they did a bad job. I mean that they PRETENDED to clean my teeth. The hygienist came in and the tool that polishes was not connected properly. I am not a professional but I know that the rotary part of the tool supposed to spin. Instead, it blew out air and did not move at all. Additionally, NOT EVEN 1/2 of my teeth were touched!!!!! It lasted maybe 15 seconds as she pretended to "clean" my teeth. Then I was told "rinse" while there was nothing to rinse... as my teeth were not cleaned. I literally said "Did you just clean my teeth? I'm used to all of my teeth being touched." I have never been so gaslit by any man woman or child! When the dentist came in after, I explained the situation and he promptly and repeatedly said "I don't own this place, you can speak to the front desk if you have any complaints". He also said "cleanings are generally performative anyway"... Then GIVE ME A SHOW! He also told me that I received the care I did because of the quality of health insurance I have. "with medicaid, often times it's more bare minimal. The compensation is a little bit different so the reality is it's like going to the emergency room. They get you in and out. So the expectations are maybe a little bit different." Insinuating that I wasn't used to this level of service because I used to be on different health insurance. Overall, a shocking experience and could not recommend this clinic less.
