My experience here was phenomenal! My transformation brings me an immense amount of joy, and I'm no longer embarrassed about my smile. I can't believe what my teeth used to look like before braces and how I lived through that 😭 but I did it, and then I got through the braces! Everyone should get their braces done here. I’ve had such an amazing experience with this location during my braces treatment. The doctor and entire staff are all wonderful, professional, kind , supportive and very accommodating. I got my braces removed and I’m extremely happy with my new smile. Huge thank you to the staff at this location!
I had an excellent experience with this place over two years of orthodontic treatment with braces. The doctor provided thorough explanations and personalized care throughout the process. The staff was friendly and made each visit enjoyable. Now that my braces are off, my teeth look fantastic—straight and healthy! Highly recommend this place for anyone considering orthodontics!
Had an amazing experience at this Perfect Smile location. My appointments were always punctual — the employees always greeted with kindness. Sanitized and clean environment. Shout out to Dr.Tanksley and her assistant Debora, explains things very thoroughly — I felt like I was in good hands under their care. The entire team was very respectful and attentive. If you’re considering getting braces, highly recommend this location. Most importantly I am obsessed with my new smile !!
This place has extremely questionable billing practices. They continued to charge my family member for services despite the fact that he had not been seen there in years. There were no visits, no active treatment, and no justification for ongoing charges, yet they kept calling and claiming a growing “balance.”
It feels misleading at best and predatory at worst. Patients should not have to monitor for charges from a provider they are no longer even seeing.
I would strongly recommend reviewing your statements carefully if you’ve ever been a patient here and think twice before starting treatment. Transparency and ethical billing matter, and this experience did not reflect that at all.
