Good service, always honest and my teeth have never felt better!

I had a medical emergency with my diabetes and had to cancel an appointment the day of to go to the emergency room, they charged me $50 even though it was a medical emergency and when I told them I’m not working and have no income due to a health issue they told me I couldn’t get my molar fixed until I paid it. I asked them to send my records to a specialist to have my molar fixed and they refused until I paid them, even though it was a medical emergency and I have no income currently.

Went here previously & loved Dr. Pericak himself and the work he did. I tried to pay the bill on site and was told I would be sent a bill, I later received a collections notice. I also received threatening messages from Mr. Pericak's wife on my personal Facebook page months later in regards to my finances.

I just had to tell them that I want to be dropped as a patient here because i called because I had a appointment on the 20th of may and they are supposed to call you the day before to remind you of the appointment I was marked as no show that day I took off of work so I missed 8 hours pay when I tried to get ahold of some one concerning my appointment to see if I was actually scheduled for that day no one picked up . So I don't know what they expect me to do . The I got a letter in the mail saying that I should have shown up To my appointment and that they will charge me next time even though it's not my fault no one called to confirm and when I tried to get ahold of someone no one answered . I then tried to call to get this whole thing sorted out and I get told I'm not gonna argue with you next time you don't show up to your appointment they are not going to reschedule you there anymore so I hung up and tried to call again and this time I got ahold of the receptionist as this location and she is telling me she handles the calls and scheduling and she knows that didn't happen and basically yelling at me calling me a lier then she had the balls to ask me if I want to reschedule no I want to be dropped as a patient thanks bye I believe she said her name was Danielle and before this place says they have no recorded of me as a patient here my name is not bella autumn that is just the name I have on Google account ( do not go here they are very rude and unprofessional I am glad I am no longer a patient here) I missed out of 8 hour pay for this BS .
