Dr Pack and his team are phenomenal. I am getting a dental implant and the process has been thoughtful, comfortable, and professional. They’ve helped me sort out insurance, which is a huge plus. And they’ve made this process, which could be very stressful, into a great experience. Everyone in the office, including Dr Pack, is caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pack explained the procedures and answered my questions, instilling confidence in his work. His staff were friendly and efficient, addressing with care and understanding everything from my wellbeing to billpaying. I'm happy with the results and, believe it or not, a little sorry I have no reason to visit again.

I have a problem with gum recession and I have been seeing Dr. Pack for a gum graft every year now. Those who are familiar with the issue know It’s not a pleasant procedure. But Dr. Pack and his team, namely Michelle –always makes you feel like you are family and provides the best customer service. She is ahead of the game with anything pertaining to insurance or scheduling, making the administrative process always smooth! Jennifer – Dr. Pack’s wonderful dental assistant comforts you during the procedure and makes sure you feel taken care of. Dr. Pack himself is very thorough, his professionalism and attention to detail combined with a human element makes you feel like you won a lottery! I highly recommend Dr. Pack’s office to everyone, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Dr. Pack is really the best!

I was referred to Dr. Pack from my dentist when I had a crown whose base was deteriorating and Dr Pack took out the offending tooth and expertly put in an implant. He and his staff were very thorough to ensure that everything came out alright and it did it was extremely smooth. I have no doubts that the implant will last forever. His staff was also extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of dental insurance you don’t know how great it is to have someone who knows it all and can guide you, patiently and with rosy demeanor. I am actually going to miss coming here I have had such a pleasant experience!

I was referred to Dr Pack by my dentist for a crown levening in preparation for a crown. My experience with Dr Pack and his office staff has been terrific. The front desk staff, Michelle in particular, was incredibly warm, professional and efficient in terms of dealing with my insurance and scheduling. She couldn't have ben more welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant and professional. Clearly a lot of work is being done but it is far from bustling and chaotic. Dr Pack is thorough and and an excellent communicator. He explained the procedure, after care and made me feel I was in good hands and not being rushed. He and his assistant, Jennifer, were expert in team work during the procedure. They instructed me calmly and checked in periodically to make sure I was ok. I did not experience any pain and could sense their confidence in their ability to perform this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Pack to anyone in need of periodontal and related services.
