I've been there on busy and slow days and I've always had good customer service
This is a review of this particular Popeyes, not Popeyes in general.
They keep messing up orders. I've had too many experiences here of making an order, leaving and finding out afterwards that they messed it up. The last straw was when I ordered a large Cole slaw and a mixed 3-piece, and came home to find a small coleslaw and all spicy. That's much less than I paid for, and the place is too small for you to stand at the counter and check your food before you leave (takeout only, small location). I still prefer Popeyes Chicken to KFC, but this venue is on thin ice with me. If they mess up my next order, I won't go there again.
Poor service, the courier, security, friends just breaks the line and are service while you stand for an hour to place your order, then another 45 minutes for the order to be servidor. That was my 2nd or 3rd time there and the experience is the same despite my visits being a year apart. I will avoid this place from now on.
This has to be the slowest Popeyes ever. I had to wait 15 mins in line & then another 20 mins for my food. The workers seemed tired and non-engaging.
OMG...If I could give no star, I would...the food was not salt, but CORNED SALTED... we got 2 spicy chicken sandwich and 2 apple pies.
It could not be eaten. When we went to return it or make a complaint, we were told they were closed..
How could this be...truly ..we love popeyes, but this was very different, very bad.
They need to do something about the food, it's too SALT and DISTASTEFUL, and I am very upset, I am ANGRY!
I WASTED MY MONEY AND THAT A REAL SHAME!!!! I need my money back or 2 salad ( if not salted too)
