Portmore Smile's staff is caring and very professional. They take the time to call and check in after you've completed a procedure. They are flexible and offers excellent customer service. I travel all the way from Manchester and that has been for over 4 years now.
0 STAR! For veryyy poor customer service received from front desk rep who I presume is also the individual who answers the phone. She does not know how to speak to people, She’s very rude and dismissive! Second time using them. On the other hand the Dentist is very warm, nice, competent, and knowledgeable. Very good at what they do. Overall good experience with dentists.
Great customer service but poor dental service.
Mr. Garwood, that dentist has very poor dental skills. He ruined my root canal procedure by giving me a ‘ Receding Gum’. It has been 6 months now and my receding issues isn’t solved. I’m left with a horrible smile!
Don’t Go There!!! If you do, don’t let that man do anything in your mouth.
*Two years update (22 April, 2022)*
It’s approximately 2 years after and I’m still experiencing the same receding gum issue. I’ve done two flap surgeries at periodontist to correct it but both failed. I’m still upset and annoyed at the fact that I had no issue of this nature but gained this only after visiting this place. I’m mad everyday I look in the mirror and see the recession on my gum.
I will never recommend anyone personally to this place
Four years update*
Periodontal could no longer stop the recession of the tooth affected most by recession. Also the tooth was hollow. An infection was also located in the root of the tooth next to hollow tooth. Therefore I had to extract that tooth.
Five year update* visited Canada and decided to visit dentist for a check up. Dentist was surprised by what he saw in X-ray, the tooth next to extracted tooth had infection as it had apparently spread. Referred to an Endo there and Endo X-ray also revealed infection in the actual tooth Garwood had done his failed root canal surgery on. (Holy Hell) I then had to extract the tooth and as for the root canal tooth I had to redo this root canal and within that procedure the infection was removed.
Now why does a young person like me have a smile with two missing teeth and wearing dentures because it’s not save to do implants due to all that had happened to my mouth???
