I’ve been seeing Dr. Prabha Krishnan for about a month now, and my gums have improved tremendously in that short time. She’s thorough, professional, and clearly cares about her patients’ long-term oral health.
I also have to give a special mention to the hygienist she’s incredibly honest, kind, and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. You can tell she really wants the best for your teeth and gums.
The front desk staff is just as wonderful always welcoming, polite, and efficient when it comes to scheduling and answering questions. It’s such a pleasant environment from the moment you walk in.

My first visit to the periodontist exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, explaining every step along the way and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The periodontist took time to answer all my questions, and thoroughly explained my treatment options.
For several years now, as Dr. Krishnan, Meera, a staff Hygienist and reception staff and I continue to move forward on our respective journeys, I appreciate and depend upon Dr. Krishnan's attention, professionalism and experience to address and resolve my periodontal needs as they arise. As long as Dr. Krishnan practices, I'm hopeful to continue to be a very satisfied patient!
The team works like clockwork from booking to treatment to follow up. Super efficient and pleasant experience.
Had a consultation appointment with them and was not notified my appointment was cancelled until I showed up to the office. They claim they called me but never did (my phone's previous call log shows they never did) and then said they sent me a letter before my appointment which I never got. It's also quite strange in this day in age why you'd send a letter and not an email or text message when this is what most medical/dentist offices do.
When I asked them for what phone number they had on file to make sure there wasn't an error, they said they couldn't tell me since the appointment was cancelled which I found to be strange.
When I told them my mom took off from work to take me and go to the appointment with me and that I never got a call from them, they still failed to accommodate me. All I was told if I wanted to reschedule.
It seemed someone at the front desk didn't do their job at reaching out to me and tried to cover it up by making a false cover up.
Adding to my poor experience, was when I called to make my initial appointment, the receptionist was rude to me. Based on the unprofessional experiences I've had so far, I do not see myself rescheduling.
