I had a great experience at my dental visit today (10/23/2025). My hygienist, Ahmed, was professional, gentle, and very friendly—he made the cleaning and X-rays go smoothly and comfortable. Afterward, I saw Dr. Park, who was just as professional and kind.
Dr. Park had also helped my wife earlier this month with some dental work, and she spoke very highly of her experience. Her recommendation is what brought me here, and I’m so glad I listened.

Very smooth check-in and check-out, the front desk knows what they’re doing. They are very efficient & friendly. My son was comfortable and the dental surgeon was really good at easing him up before the procedure. The procedure was quick and successful. The assistant & ofc manager were very helpful and nice as well.

****response is a lie they did not accommodate or explain, don’t belittle me and saying “it’s confusing” for your incompetence in being forthcoming to pricing and lack of customer service and compassion to an astronomical bill or did their best to accommodate, there has been no accommodation or compassion, it’s been nothing but rude remarks back. Why would I call the regional manager is he as kind and competent as his billing staff ?
