PURA dental has been so amazing since day one. Dr. Abraham Serouya is the best dentist I have ever met. He took care of my teeth and I couldnt be happier. He is truly gifted on how well my teeth look. He makes sure your happy before walking out. I highly recommend him. I never been so comfortable in a dental office until I met him. You won’t be disappointed.
The office works at a good timely manner and the dentists there are great. The male sees my family members and does really good with them, they rave about him and the female my daughter and I seen today. She seems to be just as awesome and very friendly to communicate with. Last but not least the x-ray lady and other staff are equally nice as well. They have an awesome team. Loving this place!
The dentist made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the entire visit. He was very professional and put me at ease for a very uncomfortable visit. I had to fix my cavity issues which I hate, but he did a very good job! The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
I think that Pura dental is an excellent provider. Starting off from the front desk secretary, to the dental providers! Everyone is very kind and respectful. I wish that I would have heard of Our dental before because I would have scheduled sooner. I will recommend others to Pura dental.
This location is absolutely a disgrace! I booked an appointment online for this specific location on 104th street and received a text message from them to verify my insurance. I decided to call in rather than text my information and the woman I spoke with for told me she did not see my appointment, then she went on to say my birthdate and asked me was that correct and I said yes. She said OKAY your appointment is in see you then. I then received a text message confirming my appointment for the Bronx location. When I called back to let them know that I booked for the 104th street location the woman lies and tells me she is from the 180th street location, when I read back the number I received then she said it was the 104th street location. She was so rude argued with me telling me I need to cancel my appointment in the Bronx when I never booked in the Bronx. her colleague did it without my consent. She wouldn't let me get one word in. I called back and no one answered, finally someone picked up and hung up then someone picked up, I asked for the supervisor and then the phone fumbles and hangs up. Finally, someone called me back and I should've gotten their names because she tells me they can't see our appointments online, so they look at our phone numbers and book us accordingly. What!!!!! First of all, if she couldn't see my appointment how was she able to tell me what my birthday was? Secondly my phone number has nothing to do with my location you are supposed to ask what my preferred location is if you know you have more than one location! I was already booked at 104th street! It comes off racist and judgmental. They purposely booked me where they thought I belonged based on my telephone number and my voice. I would never recommend this location. Then the woman who called me back from a 718 number and not the 212 number tells me I'm booked at 104th street. Why would I want to come here after this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
