I have had such a wonderful experience at Rochester Family Orthodontics with Dr. Wood! From my very first visit, the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office is always immaculate, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. What truly sets them apart is how they treat their patients — I genuinely feel like I’ve become part of a family. The care and treatment I received at Rochester Family Orthodontics was wonderful!!! Dr. Wood and her amazing staff are dedicated to your dental needs. The office is comfortable, friendly, clean and I looked forward to every visit. I feel the relaxed and warm atmosphere. They have always listened to me and my concerns with a kind listening ear. I had a few consultations at other practices before getting braces but I’m so glad I chose Rochester Family Orthodontics. The facility is clean and Dr. Wood and her staff are all kind and knowledgeable. They are also very accommodating if I ever have to make a last minute appointment change there is no issue or if I have come in for a loose bracket, I’m in within a day or so. I like it here so much that I will be relocating soon but remaining a patient!
