About
Unfortunately, specific detailed public information for a dental practice precisely named 'Rochester Specialty Dental' at the address 840 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14607, is not readily available or verifiable from current authoritative online sources, including professional registries and major business directories. This address appears to be associated with a multi-unit medical/dental building rather than a uniquely identifiable practice under that exact name in public records. Therefore, a comprehensive 500-word introduction detailing its specific history, mission, and unique value proposition cannot be accurately provided without the risk of generating fictional content. In the context of Rochester's dental landscape, the area is served by numerous highly qualified practices, including general dentists and various specialists (such as endodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons), many of whom operate within professional buildings like 840 University Ave. A typical specialty dental practice in such a setting would be characterized by a focus on advanced, specific areas of dentistry beyond general care. This could involve disciplines like dental implants, complex oral surgery, root canal therapy, or periodontal disease management. Such practices are often founded by dentists with extensive post-doctoral training, board certifications, and a commitment to using state-of-the-art technology like 3D cone beam CT scanners, digital impression systems, and laser dentistry. Their mission usually centers on providing expert-level care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment, often accepting referrals from other general dentists in the community. The unique value proposition of a reputable specialty practice typically lies in its deep expertise in a narrow field, its investment in advanced technology dedicated to that specialty, and a team adept at managing complex cases and patient anxiety. What would set it apart is a combination of the surgeon's or specialist's credentials, patient testimonials, a track record of successful outcomes, and a philosophy that prioritizes definitive, long-term oral health solutions over shortcuts. Without verified data on the specific entity 'Rochester Specialty Dental,' this overview reflects the general attributes of a high-caliber dental specialty practice that might be located in such a professional medical building in Rochester. To obtain the accurate and detailed introduction requested, direct contact with the building management or verification of the exact business name through the New York State Department of State or professional dental licensing boards would be necessary.

Happy, pain-free patient here. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 3 days ago and it was such a good experience. Everyone at the office was friendly and very welcoming. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and gave me the option of keeping some teeth if that was what I wanted. I chose to be sedated, and my caretaker said the procedure was at most 30 min. The best part? I have literally had ZERO PAIN. I took one ibuprofen out of caution but I don’t think I needed it. Phenomenal work. Also, beautiful office. I LOVE that it looks like a museum and not a typical dentists office.
When I say 5 star that's only because I can't rate them even higher! I had a multiple extraction procedure done and when I say they did absolutely perfect I mean absolute perfection. Better than even I could have ever imagined. I'm on day 2 since the procedure and had zero bleeding outside of the initial bleeding from the procedure. The swelling is at a minimum and the area looks great. From the second I called the secretary Cheryl had all my best intentions in mind from getting important medical information to helping me collect all data required. Upon arrival I was taken care of as if I was part of their family already. The doctor was very thorough and went over everything and corrected errors that the last dental office didn't take serious and just rushed. They all made me feel comfortable and helped keep me keep calm. The instructions and information they sent me home with was step by step and easy to abide by and had honest care for my full recovery to be as comfortable and fast as possible, which it has been. They were courteous of my reasoning for being there and made zero judgmental impressions and all around like I said made me feel like they were taking care of one of their own family members. I could go on and on about how perfect my encounter was with this facility and would recommend it to everyone, which I have so far. Thank you Rochester specialty dental I couldn't have found a better facility and staff! And although I didn't leave with my new wife... A perfectly executed extraction will suffice 🤣🤣 thank you all so much and have a very Merry Christmas 🎄💚❤️
Dr Levine was amazing! I had a very difficult extraction, and he was so good!!
His assistants were so caring,....never let go of my hands! From the 1st phone call with Maggie to everybody in the practice
Just wonderful!! I highly recommend them
I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Drove from Buffalo bc everyone else denied the job saying it’s “too difficult” dr George made sure to explain the whole process to me & made me comfortable. The nurses & techs were amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after being under anesthesia. Forever grateful for this team for getting the job done when I was in great pain. 10/10 recommend!
I had 4 wisdom teeth of mine extracted on 12/15 at 8:00am and I can say the experience was pleasant despite the fact of getting an extraction. The nurses/dentists were very kind. Dr. George and the crew was very informative to my boyfriend (my caregiver). Most importantly they listened to my concerns and even let me keep my teeth and told me which ones would be in fragments. Healing wise, I ripped one of my sutures out of place from vomiting (from the heavy medication; I don’t typically take any medications) and Dr. George answered in a timely manner and said everything looked alright and it would heal fine on its own.
