Honestly, I almost cancelled this appointment after reading several negative reviews online. We decided to go anyway, and I’m glad we did. The visit itself was calm, organized, and professional. The staff was attentive without being rushed, and even with a full waiting room, they were clearly paying attention to the people in front of them. At one point, a receptionist noticed my wife standing and quietly brought her a chair, a small, considerate moment that said a lot. The dentist was patient, gentle, and professional throughout the wisdom tooth extraction, and everything was explained clearly. The procedure went smoothly and was handled with care. This was a genuinely positive experience that did not match what we had read beforehand. We left impressed by the level of professionalism and thoughtfulness shown by the entire team.

My son who has severe autism was seen by the pediatric dentistry dept and they were absolutely beyond amazing ! They took there time and were soo sweet! The front desk was very nice and the process was very quick! Wait time wasn't even that bad! Very very satisfied!

I was referred here by a private dental pediatric 3 years ago, as my child needed laughing gas for an extraction, and they could not provide that on site. I never returned to that clinic and have stayed here because the pediatric staff is wonderful! No issues with appointment scheduling for both my children. The dentists make my kids feel comfortable and relaxed. The longest I've waited to be seen has been about 30-35 min. They're usually on point. Fyi, if you drive, finding parking is hard.

Went in on June 2nd around 9am . This is regarding the receptionist at window 2 . Went in to inquire about a wisdom tooth extraction . I didn’t know protocol , so wasn’t seen and before I even left , the lady started talking crap to her coworkers about how it’s too many patients and I expect to be seen without a referral. I never said I EXPECTED to be seen , I was just inquiring about the process . If you’re going to talk about me next time (there won’t be one) , at least wait until im out the door . Once again this is regarding the lady stationed at WINDOW 2 on June 2, 2026 at around 9a.m . Learn some manners and some courtesy , because I was polite and respectful when I walked in .

Arrived at 1215, got called in around 2pm. Been in a chair from 2pm til the place closed. Not cool.
