Dr. Froum and his (medical, finance and reception) team are GREAT! He saved me an extra visit and did 2 things on the same day. Natasha (hygienist) is the best. She made me feel so relaxed and confident. First time I enjoyed a cleaning! She's amazing. Gave me some pointers and advice which I appreciate. Dr. Cho is a superb surgeon and his assistant was so kind. All very professional!

Dr. Froum is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He is an excellent professor who clearly demonstrates expertise in his field. However, what stood out to me the most was the kindness and attentiveness of his staff. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, carefully monitored my pain, and helped ease my anxiety. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Glad I was referred to this place. Dr. Froum was exceptional in the way he handled my dental issues. He definitely did his thing and today I feel happy with the outcome of his procedure. I came to Dr. Froum’s office with a lot of nervousness due to past dental experiences, but from the moment I arrived, I was met with so much warmth, patience, and care. Dr. Froum took the time to truly understand my dental history and answered all of my questions with clarity and compassion. Kyle also walked me through the graft and implant process using visual demonstrations, explaining each material and its purpose. His calm, thoughtful approach helped ease my anxiety; especially knowing I’ll be receiving implants in my front teeth, a delicate and visible area. I felt reassured that I was in the right hands. I was born with hypodontia and have been missing teeth my entire life. After years of complicated orthodontic treatment, I’ve never had a complete smile, but now, for the first time, I feel close to achieving that. Being supported by a team that understands how much this means to me has made all the difference. During my extraction, they played music, checked in often, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was quick, painless, and done with so much care. Dr. Froum even called later in the evening to check in and go over the next steps, which made me feel genuinely cared for. Lina, his assistant, and the front desk team were just as kind and attentive. From start to finish, everyone made sure I felt informed, safe, and supported, something I’ve rarely experienced in a dental setting. I’m writing this on the same day as my extraction, already feeling great and full of hope about what’s ahead. I highly recommend Dr. Froum and his team!
