Dr Chung was amazing! She was professional, thorough and so kind. She communicated well and was very quick with her responses. She made my daughter feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chung was very caring, professional and thorough from start to finish. She contacted me multiple times prior to my procedure to check in and see if anything had changed. The day before the procedure she called and gave thorough instructions for the next day. I was pretty nervous the day of the procedure. Dr. Chung was so caring, compassionate and supportive of my feelings. She made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable as we were getting ready to get the procedure going. She did call me to check up on me the evening after the procedure. I was having some issues and she was able to help us work through these. She also stated she would see my Dr. in the morning and would update her on what was I had going on. This was a level of care that was up and above what I was expecting or had received in the past. I would recommend Dr. Chung to care for anyone of my family members!! Dr. Chung, thank you for all your caring, compassionate and supportive care! If I ever need anything more done, I will choose you everytime!!
Dr. Chung was absolutely wonderful with my 13‑year‑old daughter, who was extremely frightened about her dental procedure. From the very beginning, Dr. Chung showed exceptional patience, kindness, and compassion. She took the time to ease my daughter into the process at her own pace, never rushing her or dismissing her fears. You could truly see the trust building, and it made such a difference in calming my daughter during a very scary moment.
As a parent, I was just as grateful for the care Dr. Chung showed me. She walked me through the entire process with clarity and empathy, made sure I understood what was happening, and worked with me to determine what was best for my daughter. Her calm and reassuring presence gave me confidence and comfort at a time when that means everything.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chung. She turned an incredibly stressful experience into one filled with care, understanding, and trust. I would highly recommend her to any parent — especially for children who are anxious or terrified about being put under or having a procedure. Doctors like Dr. Chung make a lasting difference.
Dr. Chung is the very definition of a caring, medical professional! My son is a non-verbal Autistic adult, and it was her patience, kindness and attention to every detail that made our experience stress free. My son relaxed in her care and so did I! If we need future services that require him to be put under, she will be the first one that I call. And I will recommend her to anyone else I know who loves someone with Special Needs!
