Such a great experience at this office. The dental hygienist Jenny took her time to review my X-rays, clean my teeth, and recommend useful products to upkeep my oral health. Dr. Megan was also super informative and helpful with my concerns. Definitely recommend them for those terrified of dentist visits. You also get a goodie bag after a cleaning!

I've been going to SLim Dental on 37th Street for more than a decade. While the hygienists tend to change frequently, I always have a good experience with them. They take care to be gentle on sensitive areas and listen to my concerns. The doctors are equally conscientious in explaining my dental health status. I have never felt rushed—an appointment might take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what needs to happen. The reception staff are also diligent about dealing with insurance. I don't think I've ever paid a co-pay for a cleaning, although other dentists have charged me for that. I would recommend SLim Dental to pretty much anyone looking for a general dentist.

Very quick and easy! My bridge broke while visiting for New Years and they were able to get me in for an appointment within the hour. The staff was very kind and helpful through the entire process. The doctor was very kind and even gave us traveling tips. If I lived in New York I would definitely come back here.

My tooth fell apart and Dr. Chen replaced my tooth with a porcelain crown quickly and relatively painlessly. The doctor and staff were all very courteous, talking me through each step of the process–including the finances! It was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist might be :D

My first time at this practice and definitely not my last. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the front desk who were so pleasant, to the amazing hygienist and then Dr.Lim's impeccable work and thoroughness. Dr.Lim took his time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth which was so appreciated. Highly recommend.
