⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1000000/10! Dr. Bryan Kim is hands down the best. I came in with excruciating pain from my wisdom tooth, and he made sure I was taken care of right away. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, professional, reassuring, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. The procedure was so much smoother than I expected, and he explained everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received from Dr. Kim and his team. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who is compassionate, skilled, and efficient, I cannot recommend Dr. Bryan Kim enough. Thank you for giving me relief when I needed it most!

Frustrating experience—completely disrespectful of patients' time and comfort. I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived, the staff told me they didn't actually have that time slot available. If your system isn't updated, you shouldn't allow patients to book it in the first place and waste their time. To make matters worse, the dentist was completely out of touch. Plus another time I came to get a tooth removed, the nurse was helpful in explaining the process, however the dentist didn't even acknowledge me when he walked in. No "hello," no checking in on how I was doing, and he left immediately after the procedure without saying a word. He just did "the job" and walked out. Terrible communication, poor scheduling, and zero bedside manner. I will not be returning.

I wish I could give zero stars. I got to the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment in case I had to fill out paperwork. The receptionists we nice and honestly the best part of the whole experience. The assistant started calling people who came after me. My appointment was for 2 pm they didn’t take me down until around 2:20 pm. Then 2:47 rolls around and I couldn’t wait anymore. I have my young daughter I had to bring to the appointment with me and I feel there was a total disregard for my appointment as if I could wait while other people got taken care of.
