Smile Dental Astoria

I’m a new patient and new to the country. Dr Kim and Charlene (assistant) were so pleasant and helpful. They helped me with benefit questions and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process. I am over the moon to find such a good clinic near my apartment. The dentist process was gentle, I had a preventative check up and cleaning, I nearly fell asleep, my teeth are so clean!

Very friendly Dentist/staff. Very thorough and professional. Clean and cozy vibe throughout. Very minimal/non existent wait. I was in the chair within minutes of my scheduled time and the whole visit took less than an hour. This has not been my experience elsewhere! Highly recommended.

Dr. Kim is a great dentist and the dental office is very clean and professional. Anyone looking for a dentist in the area would be doing themselves a favor by choosing this one.

Made appointment via Zocdoc I spoke to on the phone I am in the network but I got charged for out of network and charged for I did not get the emergency treatment. Been trying to speak to the office for awhile, but they never answer me and from insurance company as well. I also contacted Zocdoc to figure out they can’t help as well. If anyone has Cigna be careful going to the office please.
