Friendly staff from the first phone call, I had an emergency as my implant became loose and they immediately told me to come by. Yes, the wait was a bit long due to the nature of the emergency but I am absolutely satisfied, love the staff and I am actually going to switch dentists and start coming here. Do not hesitate to come here! Highly recommended!!

If you are prepared to wait 3–4 hours past your scheduled appointment time, this may be the right place for you. At my initial appointment, I waited over two and a half hours beyond my scheduled time and ultimately had to reschedule for another day due to the excessive delay. During my second visit, I was instructed to arrive at 9:00 a.m., yet I was not seen until 10:46 a.m. I was then told I needed to return again a few days later to address an additional matter. That appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., and once again, I experienced an extended and unreasonable wait, waited exactly 3hrs and when I asked the front desk employee was advised that there’s one person waiting and another person on the chair waiting as well. After asking for an explanation was informed that there’s Dr. Nunez tends to over book the appointment. I walked out shortly after. While waiting, I witnessed three other patients leave due to the excessive delays. I have never experienced wait times of two and a half hours or more at any medical or dental office, nor have I encountered this level of delay even in a busy emergency room. As quickly as I became a first-time patient is exactly how quickly this will be my last visit. The lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to waste their time here.
