Amazing experience every time. The staff is super professional, fast, and very gentle definitely soft-handed, which matters a lot if you’re not a fan of dental visits. They explain everything clearly, don’t rush you, and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was in and out without feeling uncomfortable at all. Easily one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this dental office. The staff is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentists and hygienists take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re not rushed or stressed during your visit. I also want to shout out the receptionist, Omar, he’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, he always has a great attitude and makes the whole experience smoother and less intimidating. You can tell customer care really matters here. If you’re looking for a dental office that’s clean, efficient, and full of genuinely nice people, I highly recommend this place.

Our kids had a very positive experience at this office about 3–4 years ago with the female dentists. They were very caring, gentle, and communicated wonderfully with my children, which made dental visits much easier for them. However, our experience this year felt very different. One of the male dentists treated my daughter in a way that felt rushed and rough to us. He raised his voice when she was having difficulty preparing for the tooth extraction, which made the situation more stressful for her. The most concerning part for me was that the extraction seemed to proceed without clear communication directly to my daughter about what was about to happen. The plan had been briefly explained to me earlier, but after stepping out and returning with instruments, he went straight to her mouth while we were still talking. Everything happened very quickly, and my daughter was caught off guard and started crying loudly. We both felt surprised by how sudden it felt. As a physician, I personally believe clear communication before any procedure, even a small one, is very important to help patients feel safe and prepared, especially children. I do want to mention that the front desk staff and nurses were still amazing, warm, and full of smiles and care, which we truly appreciated. I am sharing this feedback in hopes it is taken constructively, as communication and a gentle approach can make a big difference in pediatric care.
