From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Sammantha, who checked me in with a friendly smile. As I waited, I admired the beautifully designed lobby and even helped myself to a fresh cup of coffee. 😋
Soon after, I was escorted to my room by Neel, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease with her light-hearted jokes during the exam process.
Then came Dr. Khaimov, who walked me through all of my exam results in great detail. What really stood out to me was his clear passion and sense of purpose in the field of dentistry. That moment confirmed I had found the right place!
Finally, I met with dental assistant Natalie, who performed my deep cleaning. After hearing my past dental horror story, Natalie went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and experienced little to no pain. Her level of care and compassion is something you can’t teach — it’s just who she is.

Sometimes paying a little extra out-of-network means receiving care that’s focused on longevity and quality, not just coverage.
Today was my first visit, and I can’t say enough about the entire team and the doctor. I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation, which they kindly offered free of charge—something I couldn’t find at other clinics I called. They explained I needed a panoramic x-ray, and since my insurance didn’t cover it, they even provided it at no cost.
The doctor was professional, kind, and thorough. He explained that my extraction required a neurosurgeon and, without hesitation, gave me a referral outside of their clinic. Considering I wasn’t an existing patient and they had nothing to gain, I was truly impressed by their generosity, honesty, and care.
Everyone there was so kind and understanding. My teeth are very sensitive and they bleed a lot so I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. My old dentist was not gentle with my teeth which made them bleed even more and made me afraid to go. The staff was so kind and very understanding of my anxiety and they listened to me and eased my anxiety.

From the moment we walked in, the entire team made her feel at ease. She was really nervous, but Dr. Khaimov was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, explaining everything clearly and gently.
My sister doesn’t have insurance, but the manager, Almira, came in to explain the payment plan options. Yes, it’s definitely expensive, but you can tell they know what they’re doing and they truly care.
The dental assistant was also so kind and comforting, which made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming for her. The staff was straightforward, very organized, and professional from start to finish. She does have more appointments, and she’s anticipating it’ll go well based on our first visit. Highly recommend.
