I have been to many dental offices but this by far was the BEST!! I am recommending to the rest of my family. The staff was professional, explained every procedure and I did not have a long wait. So happy I chose this office

Over an hour on hold then hang up on me. Whoever manages the front desk needs to be fired. Can never get anyone on phone. When I appear in person they have attitude like I am wrong for getting my health checked. Its like they trying to push people away.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The dentist are ok but the staff runing the phones and making apoitnents suck beyond belief. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! They will always make their money so you don't matter. Every time I want to make an apoitment it's like pulling teeth. Which they don't do their. I'm disable and can they accommodate me and my family? No they can't. So me and three other family members will not be going their. When I tell others about this review they will also change dentist. Oh and they have a wheelchair access door but the chairs are so close to the door I can't even get in anyway. Thus is not just one time either 3 strikes ur out!!! I will be making formal complaints with the supervisor, health insurance, yelp and my disability organisation. I am beyond disipointed!!! 😲😡😠 UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATTER: WELL... I was called about one week later and was told that a supervisor was going to call me and that I was a valued customer. NO ONE EVER, EVER CALLED ME. IF YOU EVER THOUGHT DENTIST WERE SMUG OR STUCK UP BECAUSE THEY ARE DENTIST WELL THESE ARE YOUR GUYS RIGHT HERE. LIKE I SAID THEY DO NOT GIVE A S*** ABOUT YOU, JUST YOUR MONEY OR YOUR INSURANCE MONEY. One would think that if you make your customers happy they will be back. HA WHAT A JOKE!!! SHAME ON THEM TREATING A DISABLED PERSON THIS WAY!!!

SLOW if you get anything else other than a cleaning ... Doctor introduced herself with her mask on....how unprofessional. Waited 1 hour and a 1/2 and had to leave. Tried to Support the neighborhood but they make it hard.
