I always have a wonderful experience at Southdale Dental. During my last visit, they placed a warm towel on my face after my cleaning—it was such a relaxing touch, and they removed it as soon as it cooled. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!
My first and second visits were both excellent, with outstanding customer service each time. The dentist was very gentle, and I would gladly recommend this dental office to others. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. No regrets.
My regular dentist was unavailable. I called and was told to come in. I got there, very short wait and was treated like family. Excellent service from both doctor and staff. Very satisfied patient.
Had my dental appointment today and honestly, it was a really good experience! The staff was super friendly and professional, great vibes all around. You literally can tell that customer service is something they are intentional with . The space was clean, calm, and had a nice, welcoming feel.
The dentist was amazing too, knew their stuff and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with them!
The only little hiccup was the wait. My appointment was at 10:15, but I didn’t get seen until after 11:30. Still, once I was in, everything went smoothly. Definitely a place I’d go back to and recommend!
