I had a fantastic experience at Stevenson Family Health Center Dental Office. The dental team was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. I want to give a special shout-out to Donna, the office administrator, who was incredibly welcoming and made the entire check-in and scheduling process an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worse, I called and was on hold for 45 min to schedule a sick appointment, there soonest appointment was 2 months away. I use to come to this facility 3 yrs ago and they have not changed. I wouldn't even schedule my annual with them cause I know I'm going to have a long wait time in office as well.

Please don’t make any appointments at this place unless you have a whole day nothing planned ahead. They don’t respect your time..despite making an appointment they made me wait at the lobby for a long time, which is understandable as a first time patient but then once they called me to be seen they made me wait again for more than half an hour for the doctor/ nurse practitioner to see me. After the check up was done I had to get the flu vaccine but again they made me wait.I had to be at other places so it was enough for me I couldn’t take it anymore so I decided not to get any flu shot and left the place. They really DO NOT respect your time.

dont go here.. poor customer service and frequent cancellations never pick the phone not even worth a star.. i had to go in and reschelde my apt ,when ask why my apt was cancel (3x)he said the doctor did not show up.i ask if she is the only doctor he said do you want to reschedule or not next avlabity will be in 3 mth what joke (highty not recommened)

I was refused care because I couldn't pee in the cup. I told the doctor I have no balance from a stroke to hold the cup and pee I asked for a basin and she yelled at me saying they can't assist me
