OMG I cannot say enough about Dr. Chassen he is absolutely amazing!!! I was in need of a difficult root canal, most dentist told me that I should just extract the tooth but not Dr Chassen he was able to effortlessly perform the root canal and with zero pain , the needle used to numb the area didn’t even hurt which I still can’t believe and the root canal itself was pain free. He has magic hands!! No wonder why every single dentist I saw told me Dr Chassen would be able to tackle my issue and he did . He is thee best . I will recommend him to everyone I know. No pain , excellent work and great bedside manners. The Bronx needs more Dr. Chassens!!

I came to see Dr.Chassen for consultation for a root canal. From the moment he came in he welcomed me kindly. I was so nervous since I do not like dentists because of my previous experiences.. however Dr.Chassen and his staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr. Chassen explained to me thoroughly on what it needed to be done which I dreaded. A week later I came in for root canal procedure to which I had calculus and needed to be removed first. I was so scared for pain but at the same time I did not wanted to feel pain anymore. First step was the buildup I had. ( which its embarrassing!) a week later which was yesterday, I went for the actual root canal procedure, my anxiety was rising ! But Dr.Chassen and his assistant were very welcoming that it made my anxiety ease. The procedure itself was painless did not felt nothing at all! I was surprised when Dr.Chassen said “ almost done. It was quick. I really recommend him he is the best Endodontist so far. Root canal after procedure, mild soreness but overall I feel fine! Actually went to work like nothing! Thanks Dr.Chassen for your work! If I ever need a root canal definitely will go to him.!

Excellent! The staff and Dr. Chassen were all so friendly and kind. They made me feel very comfortable despite my nerves, which was also helped by the incredible ambience. Truly my best dental experience ever. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I was super scared coming in after being sent through a runaround with other dentists, but Dr. Chassen and Bruni were the kindest providers and made me feel comfortable right away. My root canal was very quick. Please believe me when I say everyone in the office truly cares. As a young Black woman, I’m very particular about healthcare providers, and this one is approved.

I recently had multiple appointments with Dr. Chassen for three root canals, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. My case wasn’t easy, but Dr. Chassen handled everything with incredible skill and precision. Most importantly, I felt absolutely no pain throughout the procedures, which truly speaks to his expertise.All the staff are welcoming and super efficient I would highly recommend.
