Dr. Sussman and the staff are incredible! The Hygienist, Ashley, was super sweet and gentle, and she and Dr. Sussman kept me calm and relaxed throughout the entire process (which is very difficult for me). The front desk was very pleasant and everything went beautifully. I already plan to go back and I highly recommend

Doctor Sussman and her staff are incredible (shout out to Yvonne and Carol). Doctor Sussman is the a veritable pro. I’m never in pain, she explains what she’s doing and she cares about her patients - and taking all necessary steps to save a tooth first. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Sussman for several years and she is phenomenal. She finds creative ways to minimize pain and assure that im comfortable. Her staff is extremely helpful, her hygienist are thorough and the office is always clean. I highly suggest her as a dentist.

Everyone I know who had gone to Sussman for dental work has suffered because of it (myself included). While her office is fine and wait time is fine, it’s not worth it because her actual dental work is so subpar. I know three people who have had gone to Sussman and had to have other dentists fix her work. When she filled two cavities for me, she didn’t remove all the decay and I had to deal with way worse cavities down the line and get the original fillings removed and repaired. AVOID!

I never leave reviews but this place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients. They choose when they want to honor a grace period and do not have fair policies in place. My appointment was at 4:30 and I called at 4:14 stating that I had been on my way for over an hour and that I would be 10 mins late due to heavy traffic traveling from the South Bronx. When I arrived at 4:38 the receptionist stated that the hygienist had already left. There was no empathy over the fact that my appointment was actually the day before and I had to be rescheduled due to an issue on their end. They expect patients to be understanding of their errors but can’t return the favor. Please avoid this unprofessional dental practice. There are plenty of other respectable dentists in the Riverdale area. Their main concern is the amount of money they can make off their patients.
